Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time the order is placed. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak shopping periods (eg. Nov and Dec) or for customised products (eg. special candle hampers) .

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on destination of the order. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
